The Last Working Day Of The Month: Issue 186
< issue 185 | issue 187 > |
Hello all, and welcome to this TANTALISING edition of the newsletter - let's get started!
GIGS TO COME
Thursday 13 October - The King & Queen, London
Album launch gig, with Pete Green - doors 7pm, gig starts 7.30pm!
Check http://www.mjhibbett.co.uk/gigs/ for more information.
SOLO ALBUM...
The solo album is FINISHED! It's going to be released on streaming services on Friday 14 October and will be called "The Unearthly Beauty Of MJ Hibbett". Doing a solo album means I can call it whatever I like, so I have!
I've already got a launch gig booked (see above) but would very much like to do a couple more around then, so if anyone has any gigs lying about that I could be part of, or fancies organising one, please let me know.
...AND A SINGLE TOO!
Before that I'll be releasing "Why Do Bad Things Happen To Good People?" as a single on Monday 3 October. There'll even be a video - more news on all this next time!
AND FINALLY
This month I attended the graduation ceremony for my PhD and am now officially a) Doctor Hibbett b) the world's leading academic expert on Doctor Doom c) the world's only academic expert on Doctor Doom. Full details, including a video of me leading the procession of graduates, can be found HERE:

That's the lot for this time, thanks for listening!
Cheers,
Mark
