Weirdly, this song dropped out of the sky, and then took about three weeks to get anything done with. After three weeks, on the morning of the Abbey Park festival, i suddenly wrote all the words and the bass line and really liked it. I recorded a version for A Church Hall Of Sound and left it there, but years later when Tim suggested I bring in some old lyrics so I'd have something to sing during JAM SESSIONS I picked this one up again. I had them with me one day when I got to the practice room before everybody else and much to my surprise wrote a whole new tune for it. It was never really a contender for being on WE VALIDATE! because it was a bit too ... not WEEDY, but not as STURDY as the others, but I liked it a LOT and so recorded it on my own for Zipcodes.
